How will I receive my purchases?
The only way that you can receive your purchases is to download from this system
You cannot collect the product from us, and we do not send the product by mail or by courier.

In what format will I receive my purchases?
All your purchases will be available in .pdf format for you to download from our store.
Where a product consist of more than one file, all files will be combined in one .zip file.

How do I extract my product?
If your product is in .zip format, find the file on your computer.
Right-click on the file and select 'Extract'
One or more files in .pdf format will be available to you.
Right-click on the .pdf filename and select 'Print' to print the file.
Should you wish to view the file on your computer, you will require a reader program, such as Adobe Acrobat or similar.
Adobe Acrobat can be downloaded here (if required): get.adobe.com/reader/

How do I edit 'editable' items?

  1. Download the .zip folder from the online store.
  2. Right click on the .zip folder and choose “Extract”.
  3. A new folder will be created with the same name as the .zip folder.
  4. Inside the new folder you will find all PDF documents as well as 2 TeachersPet font files. The 2 TeachersPet font files will sometimes have to be downloaded separately.
  5. Install the 2 TeachersPet font files on your computer if you do not have them already.
  6. Open the editable products with a PDF-viewer like Adobe Reader. PDF-viewers recognise the fonts better than when using browsers like Internet Explorer to open PDF files.
  7. You will be able to change all of the areas that are marked with a blue block and contain the word “edit”.
